Case Description
I have chipped teeth in front. Missing fillings. Missing teeth on bottom from childhood; pulled out and not replaced. Do not smile much any longer as I am self conscience of my teeth. Both top and bottom teeth need extensive work if they can be kept at all. I work in an office atmosphere and would love to be able to laugh and smile again.
